“Me and my mum came in today to try the food as we have a party booked in the private room at the end of March, Our server was Molly and what a lovely young woman she was so polite so helpful and an absolute credit to the team. The other waiters serving the meats were also very Lovely + made small talk which was nice when explaining what the meats were when serving which was helpful. The assistant manager was extremely informative and very helpful and came to check on us while we were dining. All in all we can’t wait for our return to jardin where they serve great food, beautiful well presented cocktails , a fab atmosphere and brilliant service. 5 stars from us! Thankyou again.”

“We went for the Oasis Bottomless Brunch. The service was incredible, with food and drink arriving very quickly. The food was amazing and the salad bar was fresh. The drinks were lovely and top ups were prompt. Can’t wait for the next one!!!”

“Overall, an average experience. Food - the self-service section was good, but the meat was very dry, despite it allegedly being cooked medium-rare. The additional sides of fries and macaroni cheese, were probably the highlight, but you don't get to a restaurant like this and expect to come away saying this! Service - Shown to our table fine, but it wasn't in an area that was booked on the website (Courtyard). I asked about this, but got the impression it was closed or no-one was there, so stayed where we were. The drinks and additional sides were ordered after I got the waitress attention, rather than them coming over and asking. It seemed like there was lots of staff at the reception desk, but not really on the 'shop floor'. This was evidence further when the waitress asked us, whilst eating, if we had any allergies! Another thing to add, is that on the booking system it asks about special occasions, etc. I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday, but this wasn't acknowledged by the restaurant....something which Fazenda ALWAYS do. Atmosphere - Difficult to judge as we weren't seated where we requested, but the main restaurant itself was fine.”

“Jardim is our family's celebration go to restaurant. We have been there several times as we love the food. I was however a little disappointed this time as the quality of the meats was not as good as previous times. Chicken, sausages and chips were a delight but the pork was extremely salty and the steaks were not up the standards we used to get before. Very strange to be honest and I do hope that they have not dropped their standards. Apart from that the service was great and the drinks were tasty.”

“Came here to celebrate Father’s Day and the staff could not have been better. Our server who was a young girl with dark hark was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu! She made sure we were happy with everything throughout our whole time there. The food as always was perfect too.”
